Dietmar Demczenko, born in 1963, is a trained businessman and came into contact with real estate relatively early on - due to the simple fact that renovations of real estate were a daily occurrence in his parents' business.
However, Dietmar Demczenko's life initially took the form of starting his own business – also in real estate – before taking over his parents' company Deco-Bau after six years of practice. Deco-Bau was a crafts company founded in 1970 that began to renovate and develop apartment buildings and commercial buildings in the Stuttgart area in the mid-1980s.
Dietmar Demczenko initiated national politics in 1991 when he joined the management of Deco Grundbesitz AG, which still exists today.
