Dietmar Demczenko, born in 1963, is a professional businessman who came into contact with real estate relatively early on — due to the fact that real estate renovations were the primary activity of his parents' business.
In the beginning, however, Dietmar Demczenko worked as a self-employed professional in the real estate business. He took over his parents' company, Deco-Bau, later on, after six years of practice. Deco-Bau was a craft company founded in 1970; in the mid-1980s, it started to focus on the renovation and development of apartment buildings and commercial properties in the Stuttgart area.
Dietmar Demczenko initiated supraregional approach at the company (then already called Deco Grundbesitz AG) in 1991, when he joined the management team.
